Happy Friday & long weekend friends! The first thing I want to say is this – what the heck is wrong with the weather?! I was so confused earlier in the week that I went to work with a full on winter jacket and not knowing at all what to expect in the afternoon. Anywhooooo, it’s the long weekend and I’m so excited to just curl up and read as many books as possible. Eden and I are planning to also go for a long drive somewhere. We’re not sure where yet but we’re going to pack some snacks and sandwiches for the road (haha maybe he’ll surprise me?!?) We’re not planning on getting out of the car but just getting out of the city for a stretch would be a nice change!

In terms of media consumption this week, I’ve been loving Michelle Obama’s Becoming documentary on Netflix. I love everything about her – and totally recommend you to pick up a copy of her book if you haven’t already done so!

I also been loving Mindy Kaling’s Netflix show Never Have I Ever. Mindy herself is not actually in the show but she is a co-creator. It’s about a nerdy teenage girl growing up in LA and just trying to “fit in” at school. This show is absolutely hilarious + really well written.
