Hi friends! Hope you guys enjoyed your Canada Day! I had this blog post ready to be published yesterday, but I decided to give myself a little break! It was such a gorgeous day and I’ll be sure to share photos of what we got up to on Friday’s post so stay tuned 🙂
With the weather being really nice outside this past week, I felt a little bit more motivated than normal to “dress up” for the 2-3x I went in to the office. Hopefully, I can keep this motivation up and create more of these Outfits From My Closet posts. That being said, I also feel that it’s perfect sometimes to just wear lounge wear or a simple tee and jeans all day 🙂 Do what makes you happy! I’ve been genuinely enjoying making these posts every morning before the day starts and I hope you like them as much I like creating them!
MONDAY
I usually head into the office on Mondays and last Monday, I felt like dressing up in something very Spring-y after a weekend of sunshine. As you’ll hopefully soon be able to tell from more of these outfit posts, I actually own a lot of jumpsuits and rompers. I admit they’re not the most convenient when it’s time to hit the loo, but they just look so adorable!
Wearing: Red polka dot jumpsuit from Forever21, white long sleeve shirt from Bershka, shoes from Zara and the purse hanging off the mirror, I got it on sale from Anthropologie (similar here)
TUESDAY
I snapped this photo in the morning at work after grabbing my favourite green tea matcha latte (no sugar) from Starbucks.
Wearing: One of my favourite logo sweaters. It reads Zara. My leopard pants (similar here) and shoes are also from Zara (similar here).
WEDNESDAY
As you can tell by now, I have an obsession with logo sweaters. I actually own a few of these sweaters such as a McDonald sweater and a Monopoly sweater (both from Zara). I love these shoes. They’re pretty comfortable – I think I got them on sale for $35.99 a couple of years ago.
Wearing: Ikea sweater from a random shop in Tokyo. Pants and belt are from Zara. My Chanel slingback look-alike are from Zara as well (similar here)
THURSDAY
Thursday I worked from home and was in the mood to put on a springy house dress. I wrote a blogpost last week all about these maxi dresses and some of which are on sale!
Wearing: Dress from Topshop. Headband from Zara. Slippers from Uniqlo (similar here)
FRIDAY
I LOVEEEEEEEEE this top so much. You can dress it up or you can dress it down like I did with some jean shorts and a gold buckle belt. I love the sheer puffy sleeves. I just feel like you can do so much with this gorgeous top.
Wearing: I’m sorry but I will be sharing where this top came from VERY SOON in an upcoming blog post (sorry for the tease!). Belt and shorts are from Zara (simlar here). Necklace is from Missoma London (similar here).
SATURDAY
My Zara spring sale haul arrived in the mail Friday and I could not wait to try on my new clothes. I wrote a blog post on Monday describing everything I purchased from this spring sale
Wearing: My patterned top is from Zara. Legging pants are from Zara. Black mules are from Oak + Fort.
