Hot Pot @ Spicy Mafia

With the weather only getting colder in Toronto, it makes it the perfect opportunity to grab a few friends and cozy up over a hearty hot pot meal. Earlier this month, we visited Spicy Mafi, a newly opened Hot Pot restaurant located close to Warden & Steeles in Markham. Brought to you by the same owners of Morals Village, Spicy Mafia sets them self apart from everyone else by offering personalized Mini Hot Pot Combos.

Spicy Mafia offers customers individualized hot pot combos that can be catered to one’s liking with affordable prices.  Starting from $12.99, customers chooses from a plethora of options. Each combo comes with a choice of soup base, staple food (rice/noodles), 1 choice of meat, 2 free dipping sauces and 11 set toppings: Boutique Luncheon Meat, Japanese Crab Meat, Hong Kong style Red Sausage, Whole Shrimp, Tofu Puff, Napa Cabbage, Lettuce, Lotus Root, Sweet Corn, Seaweed, Enoki .

For those that wish for more toppings/ premium toppings in addition to the combos, guests can do so for $1.50 – $2.50. Spicy Mafia also offers noodle combos and snacks.

Spicy Mafia makes a great choice for those that wish to hotpot and prefer smaller portions rather than your typical ‘all you can eat’. Spicy Mafia is located at 20 Gibson Drive, Unit 111A in Markham.
