Last week we welcomed Chef Jo Castrinos back at Portland Variety {Twitter: @PortlandVariety / Instagram: @PortlandVariety) and without a doubt a feast was involved! I’ve visited Portland Variety on several occasions and enjoyed their brunch menu items every time. They’re always innovative with their creations making them the ultimate place to grab comfort food in the King West neighbourhood.
