Hong Kong Travels: Sing Kee Seafood

Ever since reading Stella’s “EPIC SEAFOOD DINNER” blogpost in Hong Kong, I’ve been longing for my very own “epic seafood dinner” as well! Luckily during my visit in Hong Kong, my aunt and uncle managed to find some time for me out of their busy schedules to bring to me their favourite seafood restaurant in Sai Kung. My relatives said that if you’re going to have the best seafood experience – you’ve go to do it right by going to Sai Kung.

Everything in the fish tanks are all fresh – and by fresh I mean literally these seafoods were fished out in the wee morning and cooked the same day for customers. And if you’re picky like me and want to pick out the largest and freshest seafood from their selection, they by all means allow you to do so and will cook your selection for you right away

白灼蝦 Quick Blanched Prawns Lightly deep fried Scallops 椒鹽瀨尿蝦 Salt/Pepper Mantis Shrimps 椒鹽豆腐

  • Tofu was so  very smooth and silky inside. The outer layer was light in salt and pepper seasoning – lightly crispy

Chicken Fingers 椒鹽鮮鮑 or Salt/Pepper Baked Abalones Garlic Stir Fry Lobster By far one of the best lunches – seafood meals I’ve ever had. I can finally cross this off my list. My favourites of the meal were the mantis and deep fried scallops. Everything was prepared so well and the seasoning on the mantis was spot on! Can’t say that I’ll be able to have this kind of seafood again in Canda thats why I feel so fortunate that my uncle and aunt are frequent epic seafood do-ers for me to even have this experience! Thank you 🙂
